I’m a little late with this post this week because the 3 day holiday weekend messed me up. I figured most people would be enjoying their BBQ’s anyway.

I wanted to post a song in honor of Memorial day. I think this song represents old fashion America. Remember we have freedom and the ability to achieve the “American dream” because of the people who have fought for us.

Add this song to your run list and always be thankful that you live in America.
