Music definitely helps me keep running when I want to stop or I’m getting bored. Sometimes I sing…in my head, because no one wants to hear that. I encourage everyone to sing while they run because if you can talk (or sing) comfortably while running than you are burning more fat than carbs. If you are too breathless to talk, then you are running too fast and are just burning carbs. And we all want to burn fat, right?!
This weeks song is fun to run to, but I’m not sure I can sing this one while running because some parts are really fast. Enjoy this high energy song.
