I absolutely love this smoothie!
I found it in Runners World magazine and have shared it several times with friends. It truly tastes like a treat, yet it is full of fiber and protein.
I find this smoothie to heavy for pre-run but love it post-run. It’s a delicious treat after a long run! Enjoy!
Helpful hint: Cut up bananas when they get too ripe and freeze for smoothies. (or use them for the banana bread recipe in earlier post).
