Welcome to Music Monday!
It’s been a while. I took a little break from posting weekly songs. I wasn’t sure if anyone was reading these posts, but then I realized that I need these posts. Adding new music to my playlist is one of the (many) things that keeps me motivated. I hope some of you like the songs I feature. Obviously I post songs that I like (duh) and I assume everyone likes what I like. 🙂 I’m kidding of course. I check out songs from different playlists and find that there are only 1 maybe 2 songs I like. That’s why I customize my own list, but arrange it so my readers can pick out the songs they like instead of having to download (upload?) a whole playlist.
This weeks song has a “groovy” beat according to my daughter. Not sure if it is fast enough for running but I’m adding it nonetheless. Sometimes slow songs can remind you to slow down and relax or take a walk break. And sometimes I run double time to slow songs. Hope you find your groove with this song.
